LUNCH & LEARN: An Introduction to Nonprofit Lifecycles
SaskCulture is pleased to offer another lunch and learn webinar that will provide an overview of the Nonprofit Lifecycle Approach. The Lifecycles model provides the guidance and structure non-profits need to realize their missions with clarity while working on organizational sustainability.
Non-profit organizations are at the heart of great work and impact in communities throughout the country. Some start up to serve a particular mission and last for many years, some ride through good times and bad, others may lose focus and falter. All organizations move through different stages of development, from start-up to growth, growth to maturity and from decline to turnaround all can be a normal process and life of non-profits.
Presenter: Dennis Garreck, Certified Lifecycle Capacity Consultant (CLCC) Dennis has more than 40 years of experience supporting cultural and recreation nonprofit organizations in the province. He was introduced the Nonprofit Lifecycles approach to self-evaluation and capacity building in 2015. He has attended training with Susan Kenny Stevens, Nonprofit Lifecycles founder, and became a Certified Lifecycle Capacity Consultant in 2021. Dennis served as the staff lead for SaskCulture’s Nonprofit Lifecycle Program until his retirement in 2023.
Deadline for registrations is May 21, 2024. Open to all at no cost.
