Organizational Development Resource File
SaskCulture is committed to nurturing a strong, cohesive cultural community. We recognize that non-profit cultural organizations have a crucial role in providing cultural opportunities to the people of Saskatchewan. In order to do so, executive directors, board members and other staff members must continue to learn and develop organizational skills to address the challenges and changes that emerge as they continue to move their organizations forward.
This Resource File is designed to provide non-profit organizations with key tools and resources for different areas of their operations. Information has been compiled from past publications and the many workshops and sessions hosted by SaskCulture and its partners over the years.
