SaskCulture is Trustee for the Culture Section of the Saskatchewan Lotteries Trust Fund for Sport, Culture and Recreation. To help promote awareness of SaskCulture’s work to build a culturally vibrant Saskatchewan through fund distribution and organizational development, groups are encouraged to recognize SaskCulture and ensure their community is aware of the organization and its role.
Use the Logo

- Use the SaskCulture logo in your organization’s promotion where possible including: program books, posters, invitations, flyers, agendas, and tickets. NEW logos have been developed that let you recognize SaskCulture and Saskatchewan Lotteries at the same time.
- Use the logos in other materials such as annual reports, letterhead, web site links and newsletters.
Update your Board and Committees

- Orientate new board members, committees and staff to the SaskCulture’s role in developing culture in Saskatchewan. It is a unique organization and presents many opportunities for participation and involvement.
- Send out the link to the SaskCulture overview in your next newsletter.
Place advertisements in your newsletters

- Place Culture Builds Community! advertisements in your organization’s newsletter or your local community newspaper.
- Promote the funding program which provided funding to your initiative. Advertisements are available.
Place posters in public places
- Hang a Culture Builds Community! poster in your office and at your events. Give one to each of your board members.

- Acknowledge SaskCulture Inc. and the name of the fund in your speeches during public events. Sample speaking notes are available.
- Highlight the advocacy message of Culture Builds Community! Discover interesting facts and statistics about how culture contributes to Saskatchewan communities in the Advocacy section of the SaskCulture web site. Let us know your success stories.
