Creative Kids
The Creative Kids program is an initiative to reduce financial barriers for children participating in the areas of arts and culture.
SaskCulture Inc. and the Saskatchewan Arts Board have been working with members of the community to develop a provincial initiative designed to reduce financial barriers for children who want to participate in organized arts and cultural activities.
Pilot Communities
Creative Kids is pleased to announce the following communities have been selected to participate in the pilot phase of the program:
Shaunavon
Watrous
The Big River First Nation
The Town of Big River
The Battlefords
Regina

The Lakeland District
We were overwhelmed by the wonderful response we received from all of the communities who applied to be part of Creative Kids. The commitment of the amazing volunteers in Saskatchewan who work to enrich the lives of children and youth through art and culture is what makes our Saskatchewan communities so incredible. Thank you to all of those who applied, and Creative Kids looks forward to working with your communities during the next phase of our program.
Please stay tuned for updates regarding what our new Creative Kids Communities are getting up to!
